Initial Consult
This is a 90 min consultation and information gathering session. This allows you to get acquainted me and myself to get aquatinted with you.
This is the time in which you can ask any questions or concerns that you have and to inform me as to what you would like me to do for you.
MAID Application
This is for the medical MAID application and post death plan. It usually takes 2-6 hrs and it is the explanation and filling out of the MAID application as well as the facilitation of organizing the post death plan.
Multiple services
This package includes multiple services and can be any or all of the services such as Advanced Directive planning, Vigil planning, Grief Support, Funeral or memorial planning and information, Creating end of life time/plan.
It also includes all legal and medical form applications and preparation.
Approximately 24 hrs of work

Therapy Dog
If you or your family or loved one needs a registered therapy dog to be with them at anytime during the process, Kato will be available.
Children's package
This package includes speaking with the children if requested as well as providing coping resources and appropriate books around the topic of death and dying.
